The LIA Beautification Committee has spent many hours over the past few years with plantings and coordinating with the Town on the design of the improvements to the Park. Above are some photos of their work.

 

Ackley Park was originally donated to the people of Lordship and Town of Stratford as a gift for open space by the Lordship Park Association. The LPA was the single largest developer of Lordship. They also donated the Rotary. Russian Beach and Bluffs, Beach Drive Park across from the Seawall and Memorial Green in Lordship Center.
