The all-volunteer Lordship Improvement Association (LIA) is brimming with activity year round, and if you’ve been unable to attend the LIA’s public meetings or missed online news and articles, you can now also keep up with goings-on by reading the minutes of the official meetings. These include the LIA’s Annual Membership Meeting (every July) and quarterly Committees Meetings – which are both open the public – plus the monthly meetings of the Board of Governors.
At the LIA’s website (www.LordshipCT.org), links to the meetings minutes are at these two tabs: DONATE-VOLUNTEER and ABOUT LIA.
Multiple announcements about upcoming public meetings are made on social media and on this LIA NEWS blog, of course - and future announcements will include known agenda topics.
The LIA is a non-profit organization that maintains and preserves the nearly 10-acre Lordship Bluffs and Russian Beach area in a land trust for the benefit of Lordship residents. The LIA also created and maintains eight community gardens and sponsors environmental and educational projects.
